quotes I never had any issues with play in the dropout. There are four m6 screws, per side, that hold the dropouts in place. When tightened, they wouldn't move in an atomic blast! If you manage to get the version of the frame with horizontal dropouts, there really is no chance for play, but this version is just as good (just heavier).

quotes Thanks, I put a lot of work into it. I never used 26s on it, so I couldn't give you a comparison. I loved the way it felt, though, because it was small and easy to spin.

quotes No, sorry, it sold at the end of June.

quotes $1500, and I'll throw in the rest of the bike for free!

quotes I bought my frame from some kid out in BC. It originates from the Pink Bike test of the DNA back in 06! I don't know of anywhere in Canada that sells them, so you'd have to contact Sinister.

quotes If I were to sell them, they would set you back 550$. They are overkill for most applications, and maintenance is ridiculous. I don't want to part out though.

quotes There you have it, ladies and gentlemen.

quotes Actually it is a bit more complex than that. At first, it was just posted as a result of a lot of offers. I was tired of getting so many dumb messages, so I posted to let people know that I would part with it for the right price, but I wasn't really intent on selling. Then I wanted to build a lighter bike (my favorite thing about the whole sport is just building and maintaining the machines), so I posted it again. Nobody wanted it (no serious offers), and I didn't want to sell in the summer and be stuck with no bike. I then wrecked my the tendons in my wrist, so I couldn't even ride. The original diagnosis was that I would be out for at least 6 months, if I limited the use of my wrist to occasional writing and mouse use, so I kept my bike, hoping to riding again this year. Rather that listen to the experts and lose my job, I did construction full-time for the summer. Now, I realize that the problem is chronic, worsened by a fracture I got 12 years ago, and I have no strength in my wrist. Not only that, but the riding position on this bike and the heavy impacts feel really bad, as if something is misaligned. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that I will ever ride again, apart from my track bike for commuting. As for why no one wants it, I suspect it is because the price is steep. It is fair, but most people on here are just kids, and don't have the kind of cash required to have a bike like this. I am not a rich kid, but I have been completely dedicated to the sport, spending all my money on it (no cell-phone, no clubbing, no traveling, et cetera). I am sure it will sell, because it is so nice that someone will just have to have it.

quotes I would prefer to sell the bike complete, but I could keep the wheels, if necessary, because they are easier to move than other parts.
